I said this on 4/11 - Step up to the start line, you will fail, fall, suffer and get bloody. But most of all you will rejoice from the experience, adversity and vanishing self doubt that comes from surviving. Hey, every now and then though, you will get a absolutely complete and crushing win. Always look for the win.

It feels good, that's it, no philosophy, I like doing it. These top five finishers up there battled. It ended how it ended. Handshakes, bro hugs, laughing, tales of almost wiping out, strategies working or failing happen for hours after the race. It's not bad, no hard feelings, we will see each other again many times this year and battle again. I guess a little like solo if you chose to spend the time to battle, but remember, you'll see them again. It is how you win and lose that makes a sportsman.
I did two races this weekend
Win Stats - average speed of race 24.8mph, my final kick sprint speed to the finish 34.5mph.
