Listened to an interview with the lead singer of Dodgy and it seems that there fans have put the money together for the band to record a new album.

I know its been talked about in the past but it does like a good idea.

Yes, but I think we concluded that if Morrissey can afford to live in a Hollywood mansion, drive a Porsche and wear Gucci, he could well afford to record on his own expense if he really wanted to. So I guess the problem is, he doesn't. He wants a proper record deal and all that. And quite frankly, if he asked us to fund a record I'd tell him to sod off.

Nearly all of them for years. And though we are a cantankerous, foul mouthed, misanthropic lot, we still have more dignity (and taste and style) than anyone elses fans.
