Lucky Lisp Better Than Last Of The Famous International Playboys?
He Knows I'd Love To See him better than November Spawned A Monster????

THAT was a really hard choice, believe me!! I love all the four songs!! But these b-sides are 1% better than the a-sides (in my opinion). So they are all very strong.

1. Swallow On My Neck (THE most beautiful and underrated Moz song ever?)
2. The Edges Are No Longer Parallel (the same as above, pretty much!)
3. Now I Am A Was (a great little tune, always brings a smile)
4. Jack The Ripper (fully deserving of it's legendary status. Studio still better than the live version, IMHO)
5. If You Don't Like Me, Don't Look At Me (the only really great thing Jessie Tobias has yet penned)
6. Teenage Dad On His Estate (best Quarry b-side, to my ears. Great chorus, classic Moz vocals)
7. Nobody Loves Us (still great, after all this time)
8. Disappointed (hilarious and pounding)
9. Hairdresser On Fire (everyone knows tis a stormer)
10. Lost (inexplicably a b-side. Great synths).

1. Jack The Ripper

Oki, I was thinking about it the whole night and I want to withdraw my decision: Playboys is a very little bit better than Lucky Lisp. But I'm sure with "He Knows I'd Love To See him".

I see the Top Ten here is similiar. The Never-Played Symphonies and I've Changed My Plea To Guilty are listed quite often. They are both my favourites.

1. Will Never Marry
2. Don't Make Fun Of Daddy's Voice
3. No One Can Hold A Candle To You
4. Such A Little Thing...
5. Nobody Loves Us
6. Pregnant For The Last Time
7. Ganglord
8. Whatever Happens, I Love You
9. Sister, I'm A Poet
10. My Life Is An Endless Succession...

I can't really put them in order but my favourite ten at the moment is:

1.Jack The Ripper
2.Never Played Symphonies
3.I've Changed My Plea To Guilty
4.Hairdresser on Fire
5.Ganglord
6.Christian Dior
7.Munich Air Disaster 1958
8.Will Never Marry
9.Lost
10.Such a Little Thing Makes Such A Big Difference

Pregnant for the Last Time is actually a non-album single. And it is a very good song IMHO.

Oh.

I was going to write a disclaimer, before my list, that I'm not much of a facts buff... ;)

Does anyone know who played the piano on the Jonathan Ross performance of I've Changed My Plea To Guilty in 1991?

Here's hoping he still plays it in Pasadena!

In no particular order:

- Sister I'm A Poet
- Yes I Am Blind
- East West
- Skin Storm
- Pashernate Love
- Whatever Happens, I Love You
- Lost
- Friday Mourning
- If You Don't Like Me, Don't Look At Me
- Sweetie Pie

It's too difficult to pick just ten...(Nobody Loves Us, He Knows I'd Love To See Him, Ganglord, too many good ones).

cant be arsed doing a top 10 but never played symphonies is the best song morrissey has ever written

YES!!!! Absolutely!!! You are so right!! It's his best one. And that's why this song is my favourite of him and probably the best song I ever heard in my life. I can't decide between "Never played symphonies" and "San Jacinto" by Peter Gabriel and "Do I have to" by the Pet Shop Boys.

I would be the luckiest person on the world if Moz would play Symphonies live on a concert.

are you being sarcastic you barstard?

Erm, no. Why? I'm very serious.

Maybe you think I'm a short haired man with tattoos and all that stuff. But I'm the opposite. Female, with hair and without tattoos. ;)

Maybe you understand me better who I am if you read my first post in this thread.

Is that a declaration? :)
