pete burns and morrissey were never a couple, or at least there's no reason to suspect they were. pete burns was married to lynne burns for over 20 years, until very recently, and he is now with a man called michael. he and lynne are still very close. morrissey has made comments about pete very recently, and i'm sure it's somewhere in one of the archives, in which he stated that pete is an interesting person and has a good voice, and wished he'd make more records. pete, for his part, made brief comments about morrissey, specifically about the alleged fur coat driving them apart. morrissey denied this was true.
they are no longer friends, but they're comments suggest that each still finds the other interesting.
